Group therapy
We are often told that a sign of our strength is to "handle our business" on our own. Yet a lot of our growth, strength, support, and success have been in groups: family, teams, congregations, class, and workgroups.

The same source of support, help, healing, and growth can happen in a therapeutic group setting. Being with others who have shared experiences, can help us not feel isolated.

Consider being a part of a group experience to enhance your communication and interpersonal skills and support system and knowledge of your strengths.
